  Jumanazar Bazarbaevich BAZARBAEV .

Doctor of philosophy, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professor, head of the chair of the National Independence Ideology; Theory of Ideology and Human Rights of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born in 1933 in the Muynak region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

In 1955 Dr Bazarbaev graduated from the faculty of natural sciences of Karakalpak State Teacher-Training Institute. In 1964 he defended candidate’s dissertation in the problems of philosophy, in 1973 – his doctoral dissertation.

J.B.Bazarbaev is a distinguished scientific worker of the Republics of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan, a distinguished worker of the higher and secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a laureate of the State Berdakh Prize, during 1991-2001 – the rector of Ajiniyaz Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute. Author of many scientific works and inventions.

 

Maman Kitaybekovich SARIBAEV .

Doctor of history, docent of the chair of history, vice-rector in educational work of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born in 1970 in the city of Nukus of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

In 1992 Dr Saribaev graduated with excellence from the faculty of history of Berdakh Karakalpak State University. In 1998 he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «History of the Cotton Economy of Karakalpakstan of 1873-1941», in 2008 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Policy of the Cotton Mono-Culture of the Soviet Rule in Karakalpakstan and its Results».

M.K.Saribaev is a distinguished worker of the public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Awarded with Honor Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During 2001-2007 he worked as the dean of the faculty of history and human rights. He is the author of 2 monographs, 3 books in history of Karakalpakstan for secondary schools, academic lyceums and professional-technical colleges, the author of more than 50 scientific articles

 

Yakhshibike Atamuratovna ABDULLAEVA.  

Doctor of history, docent, dean of the historical faculty of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on May, 7, 1958   in the Beruni region of Karakalpakstan.

In 1980 Dr Abdullaeva graduated from the historical faculty of Tashkent State University (at present – National Ulugbek University of Uzbekistan). In 1988 at the post-graduate school of Moscow State Lomonosov University she defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «Role of Woman in the Development of the Agricultural Production of Karakalpakstan (1965-1975)» and in 2005 at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the republic of Uzbekistan – her doctoral dissertation on the theme «Women of Karakalpakstan of the End of XIX-XX-th centuries (social-political aspect)».

Ya.A.Abdullaeva is a distinguished worker of the public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Awarded with Honor Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. She is the author of 1 monograph and more than 50

 

 

Urakbay Dospanovich DOSPANOV.

Doctor of philology, professor, academician of the International Academy “Antique World”, head of the chair of the Karakalpak linguistics of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute, a distinguished scientific worker of the Republic of Karakalpakstan .

Born in 1938 in the Muynak region of Karakalpakstan.

In 1960 Dr Dospanov graduated from the historical-philological faculty of Karakalpak State Teacher-Training Institute. In 1965 at the post-graduate school of the Institute of Linguistics of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakh SSR   he defended ahead of time candidate’s dissertation on the theme   «Lexics of the Western Dialect of the Karakalpak Language» and in 1981 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Research of the Dialect Lexics of the Karakalpak Language in the Lingua-Geographic Aspect.»

U.Dospanov is the leading scholar in the area of the Karakalpak dialectology and linguistics of the Turkic languages. His research works «The Muynak Dialect of the Karakalpak Language» (1962), «The Takhta-Kupir Dialect of the Karakalpak Language» (1965), «Dialectological Atlas of the Karakalpak Language» (1975), «Specific Features of the Karakalpak Classics» (1990), «Dialectological Atlas of the Turkic Languages» (1980), «Large Karakalpak-Russian, Russian-Karakalpak Dictionaries»(1981-1991) and other works are of a big value for turkologists from all over the world.

 

Makset Kallievich AIMBETOV .

Doctor of philology, professor, head of the chair of the primary education of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on January, 1, 1954   in Nukus in the family of the outstanding Karakalpak scholar, doctor of philology, academician Kalli Aimbetov.

In 1987 Dr Aimbetov defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «Experience of the Lingua-Statistic Analysis of the Lexics and Morphology of the Karakalpak Publicistic Text» and in 1997 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Problems and Methods of the Quantitative-Typological Measuring of the Level of Similarity of the Turkic Languages.»

M.K.Aimbetov is the author of more than 50 scientific inventions.

 

Kenesbay ALLAMBERGENOV .

Doctor of philology, professor of the chair of the Karakalpak literature of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute, a laureate of the State Berdakh Prize, a distinguished worker of the public education of Uzbekistan.

Born in 1954 in the Karauzyak region of Karakalpakstan.

In 1985 Dr Allambergenov defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme « Aytis in the Karakalpak Literature (Originality of the Genre. The Meaning and Stages of the Development)», in 1997  – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Karakalpak Epos “Edige” (Genesis, Typology and Poetics).»

 K.Allambergenov is the author of more than 100 scientific works.

 

Abdisait Pakhratdinov.

Doctor of philology, professor of the chair of the Karakalpak literature of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute, a distinguished scientific worker of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Born in 1932 in the Takhta-Kupir region of Karakalpakstan.

In 1966 Dr Pakhratdinov defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «Artistic Life of Sadik Nurimbetov », and in 1989 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Role and Meaning of the Poetry of the National Shairs’ (poets) in the Formation and Development of the Karakalpak Literature. »

A.Pakhratdinov is the author of more than 400 scientific works.

 

Yuldash Matkarimovich Ibragimov.

Doctor of philology, professor of the chair of the Uzbek linguistics of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute, a distinguished scientific worker of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Born on November, 7, 1942 in the Khojeyli region of Karakalpakstan.

In 1966 Dr Ibragimov graduated from the faculty of the Uzbek philology of Samarkand State Navoi University. In 1975 he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «Morphology of Khojeyli-Kungrad Dialects of the Uzbek Language », in 2000 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Research of the Uzbek Dialects of the South Coast of the Aral Sea »

Yu.M.Ibragimov is the author of more than 100 scientific works.

 

Karimbay Kurambaev .

Doctor of philology, professor of the chair of the Uzbek literature, a distinguished science worker of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the author of many research works in the Uzbek, Turkmen, Karakalpak and Russian languages.

Born on November, 10 , 1942 in the Tashauz region of the Republic of Turkmenistan.

In 1965 Dr Kurambaev graduated from the philological faculty of Tashkent State University (at present – Uzbek National Ulugbek University ) . During 1970 - 1972 he studied at the post-graduate school of Pushkin Institute of the Lang uage and Literature of the Uzbek Science Academy ( at present – Alisher Navoi Institute ). In 1972 under the scientific supervision of professor Yu.Sultanov he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme “Interaction of Literature and Individual Features of the Literary Activity of a Writer (Focusing on the Literary Works of A.Kadiri and Kh.Deryaev) . ” In 1992 at one of the meetings of the Science Board of Maktumkuli Institute of Language and Literature of the Turkmen Science Academy   he defended his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Role of the Poetic Heritage of Other Peoples in Revival of the National Literature.»

K.Kurambaev is a famous science and public worker of the Republics of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan. Awarded with Honor Certificate (1994) , degrees «The Distinguished Science Worker of Karakalpakstan» (1999) and «The Distinguished Worker of the Public Education of Uzbekistan» (1999) , medal « The 10-th Anniversary of the National Independence » (2001) .

 

Baweddin ALLAMURATOV .

Doctor of biology, professor of the chair of biology of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on May,15,1937 in the Takhta-Kupir region, Karakalpakstan.  

In 1960 Dr Allamuratov graduated with excellence from the faculty of natural sciences of Karakalpak State Teacher-Training Institute. In 1963 under the scientific supervision of the academician of the Institute of Zoology of the Ukrainian A.P.Makarevich Academy of Sciences he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «The Parasites of the Fishes from the Surkhandarya River Basin»,   in 1995   – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «The Parasitic Primitive Fishes of the Water Basins of Central Asia (Fauna, Systematics, Ecology, Zoogeography and Ways of Extermination).»

B.Allamuratov is the author of more than 200 research works.   

 

Gaffar ASENOV .

Doctor of biology, professor of the chair of biology of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on May, 15,1930 in the Sumanay region.

In 1954 Dr Asenov graduated with excellence from the faculty of natural sciences of Karakalpak State Teacher-Training Institute. In 1968 he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «The Ecology of the Rodents of the Lower Oasis of the Amu-Darya and their Epizootologic and Epidemiologic Features», in 1999 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Ecological Base for the Preservation Mechanisms of the Natural Centers of Plague on the Territory of the Kizilkum and Ustyurt.»

G.Asenov has more than 100 scientific works.

 

Bazarbay SHERBAEV .

Doctor of biology, professor of the chair of biology of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on December, 12, 1941 in the Shumanay region.

In 1973 Dr Sherbaev defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «Analysis of the Flora of the Buttle Upland and Lowland of Karakalpakstan», in 1991 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Analysis of the Flora of Karakalpakstan.»

B.Sherbaev has over 100 scientific inventions.

 

Yesengali Kurbanovich Umarov .

Doctor of geography, professor of the chair of geography of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born on December, 5, 1938 in the Shumanay region.

In 1959 Dr Umarov graduated from the faculty of geography of Karakalpak State T.G.Shevchenko Teachers’ Training Institute. In 1964 at the post-graduate school of the Institute of Geography of The Science Academy of Azerbayjan he defended under the scientific supervision of professor G.A.Kocharyan candidate’s dissertation on the theme «The Current State and the Perspectives of the Complex Development of the Lower Amu-Darya»,   in 2003 – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Problems of the Territorial Formation of the Producing Forces in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.»

Ye.K.Umarov has about 200 research works.

 

Mirzamurat MAMBETULLAEV.

Doctor of history, professor of the chair of history of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born in 1935 in the Shumanay region.

In 1956 Dr Mambetullaev graduated from the faculty of history of Karakalpak State Teachers’ Training Institute. In 1968 he defended candidate’s dissertation on the theme «History of Irrigating Karakalpakstan During 1937-1960 гг », in 1994   – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «History and Culture of South Khorezm of the Antique Epoch (Cities and Settlements in the IV-th century B.C.- the IV-th century A.D.).»

M.Mambetullaev is a distinguished science worker of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, during 1995-2009 – head of the chair of history of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute. The author of many scientific works.

Berdambet SHAMAMBETOV.  

Doctor of history, professor of the chair of history of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute.

Born in 1935 in the Kegeyli region.

In 1959 Dr Shamambetov graduated from the faculty of history of Tashkent State University (at present – National M.Ulugbek University of Uzbekistan. In 1970 he defended candidate dissertation on the theme «Training of Agricultural Personnel in Karakalpakstan During 1928-1941», in 1994   – his doctoral dissertation on the theme «Agrarian Development of Karakalpakstan During 1965-1985. Experience, Problems, Practice.»

       B.Shamambetov is a distinguished worker of   science and education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a distinguished worker of the public education of the Republics of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan. Awarded with Honor Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During 1992 - 2000 he was head of the chair of history. He used to work as the dean of the faculty of history and human rights of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute. The author of 3 monographs, 3 teaching-methodical aids, over 60 scientific articles.

 

Beknazar Jumanazarovich BAZARBAEV.

Doctor of philosophy, professor of the chair of social disciplines of Nukus State Teachers’ training Institute.

Born in 1958 in the city of Nukus.

In 1980 Dr Bazarbaev graduated from Tashkent State Politechnical Beruni Institute (at present – State Technical University) in the field «Automatized Systems of Managment» (ASM). In 1991 at the post-graduate school of Kiev Institute of Politology and Social Management he defended candidate’s dissertation and in 1994 at the doctoral school of the Russian Science Academy – his doctoral dissertation.

B.J.Bazarbaev used to work in the Counsil of Ministers, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. He was the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation, head of the Karakalpak Branch of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Uzbekistan, during 2000 - 2006 head of the chair of social disciplines of Nukus State Teachers’ Training Institute. The author of many scientific works .
