Faculty of the Pre-School Education

Started in 1991.It consists of four chairs: pre-school teaching, pedagogy and psychology, music theory and arts.

The faculty collaborates with many higher universities of Uzbekistan. It’s engaged in the research work on the themes: «Development of Pre-School education”, «Urgent Problems of Psychology», «Pre-School Children’s Speaking Development Methods», «History of the Development of the Karakalpak National Pedagogy» and so on.
The students of the faculty have their teaching practice in pre-school institutions and in secondary schools of Nukus.
The faculty of PSE trains bachelors in the following fields:
    «Pre-School Education and Children’s Sport»;
    «Pedagogy and Psychology»;
    «Music Theory»;
    «Arts and Engineering Graphics» (see ’Fields of Study and their Codes’).

Since the academic year 2002-2003 there has been Master’s Study in the fields:
    «Pedagogy»;
    «Psychology» (see Master’s Study )
