General Information

            Nukus State Teacher-Training Institute is one of the structural units of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan. Rector who is chief administrator of the organization leads the work of the care and support sector and science board of the institute as well as the work of the administrative offices and implements the functions of the chief editor of the inner scientific journal.

The main executive body of the institute is represented by vice-rectors who in their turn administer the entrusted sectors and the structural subdivisions of the institute ( see: structure of the institute).

Vice-Rector in Ideological Work . Administers the instruction sector, the ideology office, the National Independence and Ideology study and propaganda center. Responsible for settling matters referring to the students’ dormitory, coordinates the editors of the journal «Science and Society» and information-resource center. Vice-rector in ideological work implements the functions of the rector in absence of the latter.

Vice-Rector in Educational Work.   Coordinates the whole teaching-educational process in the institute with the help of the education office and the information technologies center.

Vice-Rector in Scientific Work.   Provides training of qualified professorial-teaching staff for the institute, responsible for the development of the International Relations, coordinates the work with advanced students, responsible for organization of scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical conferences, administers editing and publishing office of the institute.

Vice-rector in Financial and Economical Work . Responsible for settling all financial-economic matters of the Institute as well as for providing educational process with technical media of teaching. Among the entrusted subdivisions of this vice-rector are the smaller printing-office of the Institute and the work protection office.

Administrative Offices .   Consist of: the inner inspection and monitoring office, the marketing office, the employment office, the I-st military office, the seals and stamp office, the juridical office, the archive, the museum and музей и academic-methodological and teaching practice implementation office. These are the independent structural bodies of the institute referring directly to the rector.
